Leigh Barton asked us to sort a rotten floor under a bath after a leak — that is the standard we work to, not a pretty tile choice over a wet deck. SW Property Care renovates family bathrooms, en suites and downstairs WCs across Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.

Frequently asked questions
Can you renovate a bathroom after water damage?
Yes. We deal with the structure first — joists, boards, plaster — then the new room. That is slower than a cosmetic refit and it is the only version that lasts.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
A simple refit is often one to two weeks; structural repairs and tiling-heavy wet rooms take longer.
Do you move baths and soils?
Often. Moving a soil stack in a mid-terrace has limits — we explain those on the survey rather than discovering them on day four.
Is this just tiling?
No. We are builders who renovate bathrooms, including the messy work behind the tiles.
