SW Property Care Ltd exists to look after houses: the extension you will live in for twenty years, the leak that cannot wait, and the renovation that needs one person answering the phone.
The story
We are based at Flat 2, 143 Ashley Road, Bournemouth BH1 4NQ, and the work is almost all within a short drive: Westbourne, Southbourne, Boscombe, Winton, Poole, Christchurch, Ferndown, Ringwood. That radius is deliberate. It is how we keep site visits honest and how Ryan stays on the tools when a job needs it.
The name is property care as well as building. Clients come for kitchens and lofts; they stay because someone will still come back for the rotten floor under the bath or the conservatory leak at the end of a working day — Dorothy Woods called that experience “unique” on Google, which is the reputation we would rather have than a louder slogan.
Reviews name James and the brickwork team as well as Ryan. This is a small company that can put several trades on an Edwardian facade for eleven weeks and still leave the client willing to use us again. That is the decade-plus: not a start-up brochure, and not a national franchise.
Ryan Whitelock
Clients describe Ryan as knowledgeable, fair, and unusually good at keeping a build moving. He is also the data protection contact for the company. If you WhatsApp the office number you are not talking to a call centre in another time zone.
